Today, I’m excited to share my crispy meal-prep friendly tofu bites that are not only delicious but versatile enough to serve in countless ways! 🌿 Extra firm tofu is my go-to for meal prep, offering high-quality protein and essential nutrients while absorbing flavors beautifully. These crispy tofu bites are perfect for a quick and nourishing plant-forward lunch, whether in a wrap, rice bowl, or salad. Recipe for Crispy Tofu Bites: Ingredients: 1 block extra firm tofu, drained and patted dry 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or substitute with 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce) 1 tbsp salt-free bouillon seasoning (or substitute with 1 tbsp nutritional yeast) 1 tbsp tapioca flour 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cube the tofu and place it in a bowl. Toss the tofu with coconut aminos, seasonings, and tapioca flour until fully coated. Transfer the tofu to a parchment-lined baking sheet or an air fryer rack. Air-fry for 25 minutes until crispy, or bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through. Enjoy over a rice bowl, in a wrap, or in a salad throughout the week!
