1 pound loaf 1 c plus 1 TBL water room temp 3/4 tsp salt 2 1/4c plus 2 TBL all purpose flour 1tsp bread machine yeast 2 pound loaf 1 1/2c water room temp 1 1/2tsp salt 4 c all purpose flour 1 1/2tsp bread machine yeast Choose loaf size and place ingredients in pan in order above Select French bread program on bread machine. Choose crust color ( I choose light) Choose loaf size Press start Cool on wire rack before slicing
