Healthy Chocolate Yogurt Barkš¤© Tastes just like chocolate froyo!š This is such a yummy snack or dessert idea! Itās super easy to make and you only need a few ingredientsš ā¢ This recipe makes two servings ā¢ Ingredients: 1 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (240 ml) 2 - 3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 1 tablespoon maple syrup / honey or a few drops of stevia ā¢ topping examples: strawberries blueberries peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) dark chocolate, melted (I used 80 % dark chocolate) ā¢ 1. Mix all the ingredients together 2. Spread the mixture on a plate lined with parchment paper 3. Add your toppings 4. Freeze for a few hours or until set 5. Break into pieces 6.
