Gluten Free Chocolate Cake π« Follow @dedetable for more π± For the last part of my how-to series, all things gluten free, we have this easy-to-make and fudgey chocolate cake. This chocolate cake is moist, indulgent, and truly tastes like chocolate. Itβs topped with a smooth, velvety chocolate cream and fresh raspberries. This vegan and gluten free chocolate cake is absolute heaven π€ Make sure to SAVE the recipe π½ Servings: 8 Cake β β’ 1 1/2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour β’ 3/4 cup cocoa powder β’ 1 1/2 tsp baking soda β’ 1/2 tsp salt β’ 3/4 cup organic sugar β’ 3/4 cup brown sugar β’ 1/2 cup olive oil β’ 1 1/2 cup coffee, cooled β’ 1 Tbsp vinegar Chocolate Cream β β’ 3 cups plant based heavy cream β’ 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted β’ 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract β’ Fresh raspberries 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Parchment line an 8 inch springform pan. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, using a hand mixer (I used @bydash hand whisk), whisk together both sugars and olive oil. 4. Add dry ingredients and coffee. Mix to combine. Lastly, add vinegar and whisk in. 5. Pour batter into springform pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until edges are firm + dry and a toothpick can be inserted and come out mostly clean. 6. Let cake cool completely. While cake is cooling, make chocolate cream. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (preferably cold) and, using a hand whisk, combine until stiff peaks form. 7. Add scoops of chocolate whipped cream to cooled cake. Smooth out over cake then decorate with fresh raspberries. #chocolatecake #chocolatecakerecipe #glutenfreecake #veganglutenfree #cakerecipe
