Healthy Pumpkin Treat Recipe for your Dog
This recipe is super simple to make. Koal ad Daisy both love them (maybe Koal a little more than Daisy). They only take 5 ingredients and 10 minutes to mix up. Cook for 35-45 minutes and you have a great homemade Dog Biscuit for your dog this Halloween. Be sure to see the recipe below and check out : www.koalanddaisy.com facebook.com/koal-and-daisy SUBSCRIBE for more videos every week Here you go: 2 1/2 c Brown Rice Flour 2 Tbsp Flax Seed Meal 2 Large Eggs 3/4 C Pumpkin Puree 1/4 C cold water You'll need: Cookie cutters (I used Ghosts and Pumpkins for this one) Wax or Parchment Paper Rolling Pin Cookie sheets (2 preferably) Preheat the over to 350° Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl Beat the eggs lightly then add the Pumpkin Add the dry ingredients and then blend until crumbly. Add the cold water to loosen the mix and make it somewhat sticky to itself. Form a ball and then roll in between two pieces of wax or parchment paper until 1/4" thick. Remove top layer of paper and flip over onto a brown rice floured countertop. Cut out the cookie shapes and reroll dough until all dough is used. Place the cut cookies onto a greased cookie sheet or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes checking for the tops to be firm and dry at 35 minutes. Remove and let cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. You Pups are sure to enjoy these as much as Koal and Daisy do! Happy Halloween!!!
