Do not use clarifying shampoos with sulfates 2. Do finger detangle 3. Do not use heat (I forgot this one in my video. Oops) 4. Do practice low manipulation 5. Do co-wash only for coily textures 6. Do not use water-soluble silicones 7. Do not use fragrances 8. Do style your hair in wash and go’s 9. Do not use alcohols 10.
