Chicken Matar Pulao Recipe || How To Make Chicken Matar Pulao || Ramadan Special Recipe #chicken #chickenrecipe #chicken #cooking #peshawaripulao #pakistanifoodvlogs #aloomatarkasalan #pakistanifood #recipe #potatonuggets #easyrecipe #pasta #indianrecipes #indianfood #indiansnacks Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 10-12 -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 -Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1 -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp -Laung (Cloves) 2 -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium -Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 2 medium -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & ½ tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ½ tsp -Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs -Chicken cubes 2 -Aloo (Potatoes) cubes 4 medium -Matar (Peas) 1 & ½ Cup -Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required -Chawal (Rice) 500g (boiled with salt until 80% done) -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped -Podina (Mint leaves) chopped -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3 -Pyaz (Onion) fried -Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch -Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) fried Directions: -Pot mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein. -Sabut kali mirch,darchini,badi elaichi,badiyan ka phool,zeera aur laung dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein. -Tamatar,adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Namak,lal mirch powder,jaifil powder,haldi powder,javitri powder aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur 1-2 miutes kliya paka lein. -Chicken cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Aloo aur matar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Gravy ki half quantity ko nikal lein aur layering kliya rakh dein. -Gravy ki remaining quantity mein boiled chawal,hara dhania,podina,hari mirchein,fried pyaz, reserved gravy,remaining boiled chawal,hara dhania,podina,hari mirchein,zarda ka rang,fried pyaz aur melted ghee dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein. -Fried pyaz dal ker serve karein!
