Welcome and good morning everyone, join me for your all levels 20-minute yoga class to energize and wake-up your body up in a mindful and calm way. You can do this stretch and strength sequence every day to help increase flexibility, strength, balance and ofcourse bring about total body relaxation. No props needed, just wear something comfy, unroll your mat and together we will flow with the beautiful Welsh senery to add to our serene awakening!
