
Jump Rope (Double Unders)
When jumping, think about keeping your toes together, your shoulders and face relaxed, and your elbows close to your ribcage. Spin the rope with your wrists, NOT your full forearm. For double unders, jump higher to allow more time for the rope to pass under your feet twice. The first pass occurs immediately after you jump up and the second pass occurs right before you land for the next jump.
