Sorghum white Sauce Pasta Ingredients: Sorghum / Jowar pasta 1 cup water 3 cups wheat flour 1.5 tbsp warm milk 1.5 cup butter 1 tbsp vegetable oil /olive oil 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn 2 tbsp pepper powder 1.5 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp salt to taste grated cheese 1 tbsp Tips:- Add 3 tbsp of warm milk before serving pasta to avoid lumps of pasta sticking together varieties of millet pasta available in market *adding fried garlic to the white sauce at the end gives crunchiness & tastes good *cook white sauce at low flame to avoid lumps of flour
