Ingredients Salmon filet, cut into 2 inch pieces Red onion, sliced Ginger, minced Garlic cloves, sliced Miso paste, 1/4 cup Coconut milk, 1/2 cup Water, 1 cup Spinach, 5 ounces Rice, steamed can be jasmine or basmati Olive oil Sriracha Basil, chopped Cilantro, chopped Lime juice Directions Starting add your ginger and onions to a medium heat skillet. Cook until onions and ginger are soft and add in your garlic. While cooking, cut your salmon into two inch pieces Once garlic is fragrant, add in your miso paste, coconut milk and water. Bring to a boil and add in your salmon to poach it. Add in sriracha as well. Add in spinach to wilt down and add in sriracha and lime juice. Once salmon and spinach is cooked, plate up with rice, your salmon and garnish with basil, cilantro and more lime juice and enjoy! This is a great way to have salmon!
