The Fire That Listens
[Verse 1] Yeah, I spoke to flame, it spoke right back, Said “every burn keep faith intact.” Pain don’t silence what’s divine, God hear whispers in the fire line. Every spark a holy ear, He listen close when storms appear. Fire not rage, it’s Spirit sight, He answer through the heat of fight. [Verse 2] Every ember, every tear, Echo words the Lord can hear. We think flame just pain and smoke, But that’s where heaven hearts awoke. Furnace talk in sacred code, Every test reveal the mode. The fire that listens ain’t to kill, It shape the heart, refine the will. [Verse 3] I been scorched, but never lost, Every heat redeem the cost. Fire bend, but don’t consume, Grace expand inside the tomb. He don’t shout, He hear the cry, When faith refuse to die. Flame surround, but mercy near, Even blaze can’t mute His ear. [Verse 4] We think silence mean He gone, But He hear us all along. Fire hum beneath the pain, Spirit interpret each refrain. The hotter trial, the louder call, The deeper worship through it all. He don’t miss the faintest tone, The fire repeat what hearts have known. [Verse 5] Devil say “you’re burned, you done,” But fire refine what fear begun. Ashes whisper proof of faith, Grace record each sacred wraith. Every wound become His word, Every cry from depths is heard. Fire that listens, test of gold, Mold the soul in hands of old. [Verse 6] I ain’t fear the flame no more, It’s holy presence at the core. What look like ruin from the ground, Is heaven tuning every sound. He don’t watch — He intercede, He hear me in my need. Every flare a prayer ignite, Every heat a guiding light. [Verse 7] They think silence prove He’s still, But that’s the calm before His will. Fire amplify each plea, Spirit speak through frequency. He don’t shout above the flame, He dwell inside His Name. Burning bush and furnace roar, Proof He listening evermore. [Verse 8] When I’m quiet, I still talk, Every tear a firewalk. God translate my broken tone, Into praise before the throne. Flame don’t judge, it testify, Spirit move when hearts comply. Even pain turn into song, Fire that listens all along. [Verse 9] Every saint been through that heat, Where flesh dissolve and faith complete. We don’t burn to be destroyed, We burn so pride get null and void. Every trial not to harm, It’s grace in fiery form. When you see no end in sight, He still hear you through the night. [Verse 10] Yeah, the fire don’t turn away, It amplify what I can’t say. He hear the thought before the sound, He see the wound before it’s found. I don’t beg, I don’t conceal, He know exactly what I feel. Flame reveal what words conceal, Truth unmask what pain reveal. [Verse 11] Now I live where embers glow, Spirit whisper in the flow. Fire that listens — grace alive, Through every blaze, my prayers survive. Heaven ear in every spark, Light remain when world go dark. I ain’t burned — I’m being heard, Spirit translate every word. [Outro] Fire that listens, sacred flame, Every pain still praise His name. He don’t need my voice to know, He feel the heat my trials show. I speak, He hear, I kneel, He reign, Faith still rise through holy pain. The fire that listens ain’t to kill, It’s proof He’s near — and listening still.
