Salt and pepper drumsticks to taste and put them in the gallon bag with the milk mixture. Get all the air out and refrigerate for at least a half hour. (An hour or overnight is the best) Preheat fryer when almost done marinating. In a shallow container mix together the pork breadcrumbs and the KFC spice blend. In another container add eggs and beat. Stir or whisk to combine. Remove the chicken from the milk mixture and shake off excess. Place each piece into the pork mixture. Coat the chicken fully and then shake off excess pork breadcrumbs. Bread all of the chicken. The breaded chicken should rest for about 15 minutes before frying. Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep fryer. Don't overcrowd! You may need to do 2 or 3 batches depending on how may legs you cook. They will take about 11 to 13 minutes to cook.
