Hey :) Today I’m going to make 'Gungjung tteok bokki', Royal Stir-fried Rice Cake. This dish traditionally served in the royal court. It’s non-spicy tteok bokki because it’s made without red pepper paste. So t’s often called ‘Ganjang tteok bokki’, soy sauce tteok bokki as well. It tastes very similar to Japchae and Bulgogi.
