
CURE Your SILENT REFLUX OR ACID REFLUX Symptoms!
My advice is not meant to replace the advice from a qualified Gastroenterologist or advice from your primary care physician. I am just a guy on Youtube who has a strong desire to be helpful and to provide you with alternative perspectives based off of me doing my own research, testing different things, and paying careful attention to the results. These “Tricks” below helped greatly improve my symptoms and issues with respect to GERD, acid reflux and silent reflux from drinking a lot of black coffee on an empty stomach, carbonated beverages, spicy foods, red wine, and yes, even little bits of chocolate here and there. So I did it all! And I’m amazed I got away with it until I was almost 30. Lucky me. But alas, finally I had to do something to relieve the tightness sensation in my stomach, and the other uncomfortable side effects that I discuss in the video above that my old habits were bringing me. Try to sleep on your back or left side, that always helps. Sleeping on your right side can potentially let stomach acid back up your esophagus. 12:30 - Trick #3 Do a 72-hour Juice Cleanse, it has a major psychological perspective advantage, along with very good health benefits. I recommend doing it twice per year, once per 6 months. 14:28 - Trick #4 How to do intermittent fasting correctly so it does not lead to stomach problems. 16:34 - Trick #5 Give up things for at least 10 days if you already have a serious problem, here’s my advice on that, especially if you may have an ulcer, and in which case you should also get a professional medical opinion, not just mine, although, they will probably offer you a prescription drug and tell you to stop doing what you are doing anyways if you want relief — my advice is a strategy for the long term benefit of your stomach health. 17:22 - Trick #6 Avoid ibuprofen if you are already having stomach problems as it can make it worse by thinning your stomach lining, and definitely don’t consume alcohol in combination with taking ibuprofen / Advil. 18:26 - Trick #7 Prilosec which is a proton-pump inhibitor, my perspective is you should not form a psychological dependency on a drug to solve your problem. Final thoughts I no longer need to do this smoothie every day in order to drink coffee. I did it for 6 months and stopped and just went back to drinking coffee with almond milk. I also used the slope (trick #2) for 18 months, and I’ve since not been using it for several months and I appear to be fine. Also, when you travel or change your environment or routine, old problems can come back, and I’ve been traveling, so I brought back this smoothie to prevent any stomach trouble when consuming coffee.
