Taylor PS14ce, Milagro Brazilian Rosewood & Sitka Spruce demo

Taylor PS14ce, Milagro Brazilian Rosewood & Sitka Spruce demo

The Presentation Series guitars are at the top of the heap in terms of what Taylor Guitars offers. On this particular PS14ce, their popular and ever-versatile Grand Auditorium body shape sports a premium, even-grained Sitka spruce top. The back and sides, which you'd be forgiven for mistaking for cocobolo, are an enticing set of Milagro Brazilian rosewood. The Milagro (Miracle) is considered the most coveted Brazilian Rosewood available in the world. Its unique growth cycle produced fine-grain properties that translate into an incredible ringing tone when tapped, and an absolutely sublime tone in it's final form; the guitar we now have the pleasure of presenting to you. The bevelled armrest is crafted of ebony, combining beauty and comfort, and the Venetian cutaway and Expression System 2 electronics add even more of the playability Taylor is known for. The abalone inlay starts from the headstock and continues all the way down to the bridge, as well as all around the body. It may be a lot of sparkle, but it suits the overtone-laden, complex voice of this guitar well. A few years old, this special model remains in excellent condition.
