For Business Inquiries: [email protected] Instagram:   / babafoodrrc   Facebook:   / babafoodrrc   For Short Recipes on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@babafoodsrrc?... ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chicken Handi Written Recipe with Directions: Ingredients: -Chicken boneless cubes 1 Kg (chest piece) -Lahori Salt (namak) ½ tbs -Garlic (lehsan) cloves 6 -Ginger (Adrak) 2 inches -Green chillies (hari mirch) 5 -Onions (piyaz) medium size 2 (cut them into four equal halves) -Tomatoes (Tamatar) 4 (cut them into four equal halves) -Water (pani) 2 glasses -Cooking oil ½ cup Ginger garlic (lehsan adrak) paste 1 ½ tbs -Turmeric powder (haldi) ¼ tsp -Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1 tsp -Red chilli flakes (adh khoti lal mirch) 1 tsp -Dried coriander (khushk dhania) 1 tbs -Black pepper (kali mirch) powder ½ tsp -White pepper (safaid mirch) powder ½ tsp -Karahi Gosht Masala ½ tbs -Salt (namak) according to taste -Tetra pack cream Directions: -In a bowl, add chicken and Lahori salt. Mix well and leave it for 10 min. -In a wok, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions, tomatoes, and water. Cover and boil them on a medium flame for 7-8 min. Then, let it cool. -Now, add this to the blender and prepare a mixture. -In a pan, add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste and chicken. Fry (optional Deep fry) it on high flame. Cook until the water is dry. -Now, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, and dried coriander. Cook it for 2-3 mins on medium flame. -Add the prepared mixture to it and cook it for 5-6 mins on high flame (medium flame on high-pressure stove) until water is dry. -Add ¼ cup of cooking oil and cook it for 2 mins on high flame (medium flame on high-pressure stove). -Add black pepper powder, white pepper powder, karahi gosht masala, and salt, and cook it for 1 min. -Turn off the flame and pour tetra pack cream on it.
