After latest patch buffs, here is the NEW Most Powerful Vex Build in Borderlands 4 utilizing the green skill tree and a bit of red. The damage output for this build is OP, and with the witchy trigger finger we can infinitely reload our weapon which can work crazy with some setups. This build is also quite fun to play.
