The World To Which You Belong | Apostle Grace Lubega Phaneroo Devotional | Lyrical Cover
Apostle Grace Lubega 2 Corinthians 4:4 (NLT); Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God. — Satan reigns in the world of men who do not believe. His rule does not extend to those who have received the Lordship of Jesus Christ and became new creatures by the new birth. He has rule over men who live purely by their physical senses. He has no authority over men of faith who do not walk by sight. For the believer, spiritual attacks and demonic afflictions are defined by the world in which you choose to live. When you live and are controlled by only your physical senses, you give the enemy jurisdiction to deceive and shape your reality. God is calling you to build your acquaintance with the world beyond your physical senses. In that world, Lordship is yours; you have been given all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3); in that realm, you have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places (Ephesians 1:3). Hallelujah! FURTHER STUDY: Hebrews 10:38; 2 Corinthians 5:7 GOLDEN NUGGET: For the believer, spiritual attacks and demonic afflictions are defined by the world in which you choose to live. When you live and are controlled by only your physical senses, you give the enemy jurisdiction to deceive and shape your reality. PRAYER: Loving Father, I thank You for the life to which You have called me. The Bible says that I am in the world but not of the world; I am dead and yet I live and the life which I now live is by the faith of the son of God. I am alive in the Spirit because that world paints my true reality, in Jesus’ name Amen.
