Try it today, infused with the wholesome richness of Dairy Cream. #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou #digitalammi Ingredients: -Cream 350ml (room temperature) -Milk powder ¾ Cup -Rose water 1-2 tsp -Sugar powdered 2 tbs or to taste (optional) -Khajoor (Dates) Mabroum/Majdool as required -Pista (Pistachios) chopped -Badam (Almonds) chopped -Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped -Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped Directions: -In a frying pan,add cream,milk powder,rose water,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes. -Add sugar,mix continuously & cook on low flame until thick & creamy (6-8 minutes). -Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag. -Cut dates in half,deseed them & stuff both parts with prepared creamy stuffing. -Coat stuffed dates with pistachios,almonds,walnuts & cashew nuts. -Garnish with dry nuts,rose petals & serve!
