2-minute Healthy Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake🧡 This recipe is gluten-free & dairy-free! It’s a fun and easy dessert idea for fall🤩 • Ingredients: 1 egg 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup (to taste) 2 tablespoons (vegan) vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons (gluten-free) oat flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice 1 tablespoon 80% dark chocolate chips/chunks • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the flour, baking powder and pumpkin spice and stir until combined 3. Spoon into a mug and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top 4. Cook for about 1,5 - 2 minutes in the microwave (800W). All microwaves are diffefent, so the cooking time might differ.
