Here you can see how I successfully sprouted seeds from fresh strawberry fruit. 🍓 You will need some fresh strawberries 🍓 Removing the seeds is easy, you can used a toothpick 🍓 Let the seeds dry at least 1 week, this prevents rot 🍓 Transfer seeds to a clean dry towel 🍓 Fold towel and place in a freezer bag 🍓 Place in the freezer 2-4 weeks 🍓 Remove the bag from the freezer 🍓 Leave in the bag until warmed to room temperature, I waited a few hours 🍓 Prepare seed trays or pots 🍓 You can use potting mix 🍓 Sprinkle seeds on top of the soil 🍓 I pressed the seeds down a little 🍓 Don't cover, seeds need light to germinate 🍓 My grow light seed starting trays are plugged in to a usb hub, iPhone wall charger adapter, and extension cord 🍓 Remember to turn your plant lights on each day and wait a few weeks 🍓 First sprout 18 days later 💕 🍓 Here is a link to a video of the seeds under a microscope, they look really cool💕 • Strawberry Seeds Up Close, Under a Mi...
