Start with a 5-minute warm-up. Get your blood flowing and muscles ready. First up, squats. Go heavy, 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Focus on form. Next, the bench press. Hit your chest hard with 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Deadlifts are a must! 4 sets of 6-10 reps for total body strength. Don't forget pull-ups! 3 sets to failure. Max out every time.
