IFTAR SPECIAL Kaipola Recipe👇

1. In a pan, add 2tbsp ghee, 10 cashews and sauté for 30 secs. Now, add 2tbsp raisins and sauté for another 20 secs. Remove the cashews and raisins. 2. In the same pan, add 3 ripe bananas ( Nendran Pazham ) chopped, 2tbsp sugar and caramelise for 5 mins on medium flame. Set aside and allow the mixture to cool down. 3. In a jar, add 4 eggs, 1/4cup sugar, 1/2tsp cardamom, 3tbsp milk and salt to taste. Blend it well completely for 1 min. 4. In a bowl combine the caramelised banana, egg mixture and fried cashew-raisin mixture well. 5. Place a pan on the stove and place a kadai on top of it. Grease the kadai with a tbsp of ghee. Pour in the mixture and top it with few fried cashews and raisins. Close with a lid and cook for 25 mins on low flame. 6. Open, cut to slices and ENJOY. 👨‍🍳Happy Cooking🧑‍🍳
