Thandai Cupcake Ingredients : Dry Ingredients : Maida : ½ cup Sugar : ¼ cup Baking Powder : ½ tsp Baking Soda : ¼ tsp Thandai Masala: 3 tbsp Milk Powder: 2 tbsp Corn Flour: 1 tbsp Wet Ingredients : Milk: ½ cup Vinegar: ½ tsp Oil : 3 tbsp Vanilla Essence: 4-5 drops Method : 1. In a bowl add milk and vinegar. Mix them well and keep it aside for 10 minutes. 2. Now add sugar, oil and vanilla essence. Whisk them well. 3. Sieve maida, corn flour, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder together . Then add thandai masala in it and mix it well. 4. Now mix both wet and dry ingredients. Mix them lightly . 5. In the cup cake mould add the batter and tap the tin 3-4 times. 6. Place cup cake in pre heated oven and bake it for 20 minutes on 180°C . 7. Let it cool for half an hour then demould the cup cake . 8. In the beat whipped cream add thandai masala. Mix it well. Now with the help of nozzle garnish it on a cup cake.
