Check out the book Pitt Cue Co. https://amzn.to/2I6SYHu Whiskey Sour Recipe: 1 3/4 oz Bourbon 1 3/4 oz Lemon Juice A dash of Simple Syrup A dash of Angostura bitters 1/4 of an egg white Shake all ingredients hard in a shaker with ice, then strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. BBQ Rub Recipe: 1 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds 1 tsp cumin seeds 1tsp black peppercorns 1tsp coriander seeds 1/2 cup packed soft dark brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/3 cup fine salt 2 tbsp smoked paprika 1/4 cup paprika 1 tsp dried oregano 1tsp cayenne Toast the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns and the coriander seeds in a dry pan over medium heat for a few minutes. Allow to cool.
