I am using fresh maize cobs ,its pieces are tossed in a bit oil and cooked in onion gravy,salt and haram masala powder.It gets tender in couple of minutes,then we applied seasoning ,fresh mint and lemon juice.Finally ,we get a spicy ,tangy and flavourful sweet corn .Each bite is perfectly balanced in taste and texture making it a delicious snack no one can resist.Enjoy it hot on a skewer.
