Homemade Cinnamon Buns/Rolls recipe from scratch

Hay my Sugar-foots!!!Welcome to Kita’s Kitchen! Today we are making homemade cinnamon buns. The ingredients and temperatures will be listed below. Sorry my face cuts off at the end:/ Ingredients YEAST: 1 cup milk warmed to the touch 1/4 cup melted salted butter 5 tablespoons granulated sugar 2-1/2 teaspoons quick-rise yeast (or look for instant or rapid-rise yeast) ROLLS: 1 large egg lightly whisked 3 1/2 cups all purpose (or plain) flour FILLING: 1/2 cup loosely packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons butter melted ICING: 4 oz (110 g) cream cheese room temperature 2 tablespoon melted butter 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 cup powdered sugar First, you must activate the yeast. MixYeast contents in a bowl and let stand for 10 minutes. Next, mix ingredients until they all are combined. Add your egg, then flour to your mixture. In a large bowl mix all of your ingredients. After you’ve mixed your ingredients sit the dough aside to let it rise and double in size. It will take about 30 minutes. After your dough rises roll it out about 1 inch thick; add melted butter and evenly distribute your filling and roll up your dough. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). After you’ve rolled up your dough your cinnamon buns are ready to cut and bake. Place your cinnamon buns in a greased metal pan and let them bake for 20 minutes. Once you take your cinnamon buns out of the oven ice them and please don’t burn the roof of your mouth:). Happy Baking my loves!
