Healthy Vegan Blueberry Panna Cotta🤤😍Recipe

RECIPE 250 g fresh or frozen wild blueberries 300 ml full-fat coconut milk 100 ml almond milk 1,5 tsp agar agar powder 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 lemon , juiced METHOD Bring to boil blueberries, maple syrup and lemon juice. Strain through a very fine meshed strainer. Discard seeds. In a medium saucepan, add coconut milk, milk and agar agar . Mix well until agar is completely dissolved and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 2 minutes Stirring constantly. Add blueberries. Divide the mixture amongst 4 glasses and let it cool at room temperature first and then in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
