Flynn Crisci of the University of Tennessee pulled off an incredible feat at the 2024 Men's NCAA Championships during the 400 Medley Relay. With a relay exchange reaction time of -0.03 seconds off the backstroke swimmer Harrison Lierz, Flynn nailed the fastest allowed reaction without disqualification!
