Today, I am sharing one of my Ammi’s very simple Chicken Patties for ”Shaam ki Chaye”. The texture, the taste and the smell takes me right back in time, making me nostalgic. I still remember eating the crispy, flakey puff, filled with shredded chicken mixed in the creamy white sauce with my siblings.I recall Ammi used to make a big batch of patties to store in the freezer and baked it for us as needed. So let me share with you my mother’s recipe, without wasting further time. Are you a fan of chicken patties with your chai? ******************************************* Ingredients: Step 1 2 chicken breast boiled and shredded ****************** Step 2 Pre chicken prep 1 tsp butter 1/2 tsp garlic paste Boiled chicken 2 to 3 tbsp frank’s Redhot original cayenne pepper sauce or as ur taste.
