HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE DINNER ROLLS // EASY ROLLS // BUTTERY AND SOFT

Hey!! In this video I will show you how to make these fluffy, buttery, and soft dinner rolls. They are so easy to make, they are fail-proof!! You will cry happy tears when you taste them too! This recipe makes 24 dinner rolls so there's plenty to go around. Don't let bread making scare you, I will guide you step by step! Let's do this!! Dinner rolls (makes 24 rolls) 2 TBSP. active dry yeast 1/4 cup and 1 TBSP. warm water dash of sugar 1 cup milk 3 large eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 tsp. salt 5 cups of flour, add 1/2 cup more if dough is too sticky 2TBSP. salted butter for spreading on top of hot rolls In a bowl combine yeast, warm water and sugar. Whisk together, cover, and set aside for 10 minutes until the mixture "foams." Heat milk in microwave for 1 minute. In a mixer or large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and oil until combined. Stir in the warm milk and yeast mixture. Add salt and mix. Then add 4 cups of flour, mix well then add last cup of flour. The dough is ready when it pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Remove dough from bowl and place onto lightly floured surface and knead to form a soft dough...only add flour if dough is very sticky. Spray a bowl with cooking spray and place dough into the bowl, spray the top of the dough lightly then cover with a towel or plastic wrap, place in a warm area until dough is double its size. (2-3 hours) Lightly grease a sheet pan and set aside. Punch down dough and remove from bowl onto a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into thirds. Flatten dough into a circle with hands then with a rolling pin. Cut dough into 8 pieces (like you would a pizza) Cut a T then an X through the T. Roll up each section from the wide end toward the pointy end. Place rolls seam side down onto pan. Repeat with the rest of the dough until you fill the pan. Cover with a kitchen towel, let raise for 15-20. While dough is raising, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt 2 TBSP. butter in a bowl, set aside. Bake rolls on lowest rack in oven for 5 minutes, move rolls to middle rack and bake another 5 minutes until rolls are light golden brown. Remove the rolls from the oven and brush with melted butter.
