Festivals | Indian Sign Language The Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) is the main state board of education in Goa. GBSHSE conducts the Goa SSC (Class 10) and HSSC (Class 12) Examination in which about 40,000 students appear from across the state.
