
Chicken Rotel| How To Make Chicken Spaghetti
Hello everyone, today we are doing a twist on spaghetti. We are making chicken rotel, also known as chicken spaghetti. You start by preheating your oven to 425° and then seasoning your chicken. Use any of your favorite seasoning and they do not have to be fancy. Bake you chicken breast for 20 minutes or until they are 165° internal temperature. Dice your onion, bell pepper and 1 pound of Velveeta cheese. Use as much onion and bell pepper that you would like and sauté them for 2 minutes. Add two cans of your favorite cream of soup, along with cheese, rotel and diced jalapeños. Simmer until cheese melt and then add your diced chicken and, noodles that have been cooked to al dente. Mix well and if it is a little thick add chicken stock to make it the consistency you want. You could allow the noddles to get the texture you like on the stove top and serve. You could also add it to a baking dish top with a little extra cheese and bake on 350° for 10 minutes. Allow it too cool for 10 minutes so the it will hold together when serving.
