Easy & Perfect Chicken Shami Kabab | Homemade Kabab Recipe.

Ingredients • Chana daal – 600 g -700g • Chicken – 800 g • Garlic & green chilli paste – 3 tbsp • Salt – 2½ tbsp • Red chilli flakes – 2 tbsp • Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp • Cinnamon sticks – 2–3 • Cloves – 6–7 • Big cardamom – 2 • Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp • Fresh coriander (chopped) • Onion (chopped) – optional ⸻ Method 1. Soak chana daal for 2 hours. 2. In a pot, add daal, chicken, all spices, and about 1 liter of water. 3. Cook on medium flame until the water reduces and the daal and chicken become soft. 4. Lower the flame near the end and cook until the mixture dries. (In a pressure cooker, it takes about 10–15 minutes.) 5. Grind or mash well to form a smooth mixture. 6. Mix in chopped coriander, onion, and a little garlic-chilli paste. 7.
