Dip the bread into the water, squeeze it, and place it in a bowl. (Repeat the process). -In a separate bowl, add green chilies, sliced onions, sliced capsicum, and sliced carrot, then chop them in a blender. -In a bowl, add chopped mixture, bread, cumin seeds, salt, ginger powder, red chilli flakes, and boiled mashed potatoes. Mix it well. -Now add corn flour and mix it again. -Grease your hands with oil, make rolls (shape of your choice), and coat in bread crumbs. -In a wok, heat cooking oil and fry the rolls on a medium flame for at least 1.5 minutes until golden brown.
