High-Protein Chocolate Mousse Makes 4–6 servings Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs (use only 3 yolks, all 6 whites) 3/4 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth) 1 scoops chocolate protein powder (~50g) 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 2–3 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional) 1–2 tbsp milk or almond milk (optional, for blending) Instructions: Prepare the eggs: Boil, cool, and peel 6 eggs.
