Dear God, I Trust you | A Short Daily Prayer Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that longs to rest in Your unfailing promises. You are my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Even when life feels uncertain, I choose to place my trust in You, for You are faithful and true. Your Word reminds me that You have plans for my life—plans to prosper me, not to harm me, plans to give me hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Though I may not see the path ahead, I trust that You are guiding my steps with Your wisdom and love. You are the Good Shepherd, leading me beside still waters and restoring my soul, even in the darkest valleys (Psalm 23:3-4). Your ways are higher than my ways, and Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). When fear and doubt creep into my heart, I will remember that You are the One who calms the storm with a single word. You are my firm foundation, the Rock on which I stand, unshaken by the shifting sands of life. I trust You, Lord, because You have proven Your faithfulness time and time again. When I look back on my life, I see Your hand in every moment, carrying me through trials and blessing me beyond measure. Even when the answers to my prayers are delayed, I trust that Your timing is perfect and Your plans are good. You are the God who sees me, the One who knows my heart and my deepest needs. You remind me to cast all my cares on You, for You care for me with a love that never fails (1 Peter 5:7). Father, I trust You with my today and my tomorrow, with my joys and my sorrows, with my victories and my struggles. I lay my burdens at Your feet, knowing that You are more than able to carry them. When I face challenges that seem insurmountable, I trust in Your power to move mountains and make a way where there is none. When the road ahead feels unclear, I trust in Your light to illuminate my path. Teach me, Lord, to walk by faith and not by sight, to rely on Your strength rather than my own. Help me to trust You in the little things and the big things, in the calm and in the storm. Let my trust in You be a testimony to others, a beacon of hope that points them to Your goodness. I surrender my fears, my worries, and my doubts into Your capable hands, for I know You are in control. You are my God, my protector, and my provider, and I trust You with all that I am and all that I have. Thank You, Father, for being a God who is worthy of my trust, who never fails and never forsakes me. I declare today, with all my heart: I trust You, Lord, now and forever.
