
stir-fried spicy pork (Jeyuk bokkeum)
I made a spicy pork stir-fry that I want to eat and eat. Personally, I think pork belly is soft and delicious. It takes a short time to make thin pork belly. [ingredients] 600 grams of pork belly, 1 onion, 1/2 green onion, a handful of chives. [Seasoning] 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2-3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little bit of pepper, a little ginger powder, a little sesame salt, a quarter of grated onion, 1/3 to 1/2 tablespoons of salt. [How to] 1. Season with pork. 2. Cut the ingredients. 3. Cut onions and green onions. 4. Cut a handful of chives into 6cm pieces and put them on a plate in advance. 5. Transfer 1/4 of the onions to a blender. 6. Grease seasoned pork with cooking oil and stir-fry it over high flame. 7. Add sliced onion and stir-fry. 8. When the meat is medium cooked, lower the flame to medium. 9. Taste and season with salt. 10. When the meat is done, add green onion and fry again. 11. Place the meat on a plate. 12.
