Cheddar Jalapeño Sourdough Discard Bagels 🧀🌶️

Isn't punching down dough the most satisfying thing ever? 😆 If you have leftover discard then you need to try these!! This is the Sourdough Discard Bagel recipe from @actsofsourdough , and then I added some shredded cheese and diced jalapeños when mixing the dough together. I wasn't sure how spicy they'd be so didn't top the kids bagels with any peppers but they turned out great!
