Communication is fundamental to human nature and experience. While we rely on speaking and hearing, neither is necessary to communicate. Sign language is a communication system consisting of visual signs and gestures used by the Deaf community worldwide. Indian Sign Language (ISL) is the predominant sign language used in India, and its use in daily life is a human right for the Deaf. Promotion of ISL is also an important goal of the National Education Policy, 2020, and with this in mind, Pratham, in collaboration with CBM India Trust and the Hellen Keller School for the Deaf and Blind has developed videos in Indian sign language on day-to-day words so that children with hearing impairments are one step closer to rightful inclusion. The videos are a group of 51 videos, available free of cost in 11 local Indian languages in open-source formats. ಸಂವಹನವು ಮಾನವ ಸ್ವಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂಲಭೂತವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಸಂವಹನ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಂಕೇತ ಭಾಷೆಯು ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಶ್ರವಣ ವಂಚಿತ ಸಮುದಾಯದಿಂದ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವ ದೃಶ್ಯ ಚಿಹ್ನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸನ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸಂವಹನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಕೇತ ಭಾಷೆ (ISL) ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸಂಕೇತ ಭಾಷೆ, ಮತ್ತು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಕೇತ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಬಳಕೆಯು ಶ್ರವಣ ವಂಚಿತರಿಗೆ ಇರುವ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕು. ISL ಅನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿ, 2020 ರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇದನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಪ್ರಥಮ್, CBM ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಲೆನ್ ಕೆಲ್ಲರ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಫಾರ್ ಡೆಫ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಬ್ಲೈಂಡ್ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಕೇತ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯದ ಪದಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಶ್ರವಣದೋಷವುಳ್ಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹತ್ತಿರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳು 51 ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳ ಗುಂಪಾಗಿದ್ದು,ಮುಕ್ತ-ಮೂಲ ಸ್ವರೂಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 11 ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.
