Please watch the video with a detailed step-by-step recipe. _________________________________ 👉Cake ingredients: (16 donuts) • 500 g of wheat flour • 6 egg yolks • 60 g of sugar • 250 g of warm milk • 35 g fresh yeast • 50 g of melted or soft butter • 6 g of salt (1 flat teaspoon) • 2 tablespoons of spirit (rum, vinegar) optional All ingredients should be at room temperature 👉Additionally: • 1 liter - 1.5 liters of oil for frying • rose, plum or cherry jam • pasticcera cream, chocolate or Nutella cream, pistachio cream • powdered sugar and hot water to make the icing
