This was a one off concert which was done for the Sultan's 50th Birthday. The one off concert was performed on July 16, 1996. My Personal Thoughts: For it being a one off concert and Michael working on his yet to be HIStory World Tour around this time he was very fatigued, it really shows near the end of the whole show but until 'Billie Jean' everything is as you would expect from a Michael Jackson concert. Michael starts off with a bang with lots of energy and combos which I like and loved to see being done. Live Vocals are waining because of the fact that he was working himself basically till he collapsed, so in consideration for that the vocals are good enough to get by until the HIStory tour made it's stop in Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei) on December 31st, 1996.
