Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. Than add butter and Knead until butter combined very well put in a airtight container and Cover; let rise for 40 minutes. Step 2 Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape into buns. Place in greased pan Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 10-15 minutes. Step 3 brush with egg and milk. Bake in preheated 180 degrees C ovven for 15-20 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; brush with additional melted butter, if desired. Serve warm.
