Maybe start with the jaw, then move down the neck, shoulders, chest, abdomen, and all of the way down to the feet. Take note of any tension that you feel and work on releasing those specific muscles until they are relaxed. ❸ Allow yourself to relax. Let the sound of the theta waves cleanse you and heal you from all the pain, fear, anger, tension, and all other negative vibrations that you feel inside your body. ❹ Not that you feel completely relaxed, keep listening to the sound until you are finished with your meditation or until you feel it's enough. You can even fall asleep while listening to the sound. ❻ You can now finish the meditation or keep up listening to the sound while sleeping.
