Masala Lachha Paratha Recipe Ingredients for 2 serving To make the atta dough Atta/Wheat flour – 1 cup Salt (optional) – pinch off Water – as per your required to make a soft dough Using spices for masala lachha paratha Ghee/butter – 1 tbsp Red chili powder – pinch off Turmeric powder – pinch off Coriander powder – ¼ tsp Cumin powder – ¼ tsp Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp Kasuri methi – 1 tsp Powdered sugar – ¼ tsp Salt – pinch off 1. firstly make the soft dough using atta, salt (optional) & water. Leave it for 10 minutes to rest. 2. Now take one portion of atta, and roll it like a round roti. Add ghee and all spices on it, mix them all together and spread it on roti by using a spoon. 3. Then make a hole in middle and cut the roti from one side. Seal the masala by following the process in video and make a nice ball. 4. Roll the ball carefully with dusting some atta on it. Paratha is ready now. 5. Now fry the paratha in ghee or butter, whatever you want. And your crispy and tasty masala lachha paratha is ready.
