Heat ghee in a pan and keep the flame low. 2. Add milk and milk powder with the ratio 1/2:1. Stir it continuously for 5 to 7 minutes. 3. Now, add powdered sugar. Keep the flame low to medium and stir till the sugar dissolves. 4. Gather all the mixture together or till the mixture leaves sides of the pan. 5. Add cardamom powder, mix it properly, and turn off the flame. 6. Cool it slightly and take a small ball sized ball. Press a few pistachios on top. 7. Delicious Milk Peda | Doodh Peda is ready to be served. Milk Peda | Doodh Peda is an easy and simple traditional Indian sweet. Milk Peda | Doodh Peda is prepared for various purposes like the festival or special occasions and the simple part of this recipe is only three ingredients are used in this recipe which are milk, milk powder, and powdered sugar. For aroma, I have used cardamom powder, you can also use saffron or both saffron and cardamom powder, or rose water.
