So friends, today I am sharing with you moong dal recipe, it is moonglet or we can say veg omlette recipe. Very healthy and tasty also. Suitable for everyone. Even kids will also love it. In single moonglet or moong dal recipe will get only 177 calories. So friends, try this recipe and let me know how is the taste. #breakfastrecipeforweightloss #healthybreakfastideas #moongdalrecipeinhindi #highproteinbreakfast Moong dal recipe (Moonglet) Ingredients Split Green Gram (3/4 cup) - 150 gm (15 spoons) Rice - 30 gm (3 spoons) Onion – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Capsicum – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Carrot – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Tomato – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) Coriander leaves – 10 gm (chopped) Oil – 10 gm Spices Green Chilli – 1 spoon (chopped) Curry leaves Ginger cube small Asafetida Turmeric Cumin seeds powder Coriander powder Coriander, mint leaves, green chilli – Chopped or paste ½ spoon Salt as per taste ENO – ¼ spoon (natural taste less) (Red chilli powder and other spices optional as per cooking culture) Cooking Method Mix the rice and split green gram and wash properly. Soak up to 2 hours. Once soaked properly wash once again and add it to grinder jar. Add Green Chilli – 1 spoon (chopped), curry leaves and a small ginger cube. Make a fine paste, if required add some water to maintain consistency. Add the batter to a bowl to mix further vegetables. Its time to add vegetables. I have finely chopped onions using a chopper. If you don’t have chopper, you can cut them using knife also. Add onion – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped), capsicum – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped), carrot – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped), tomato – 20 gm (2 spoons chopped) and coriander leaves – 10 gm (chopped) I am also adding coriander, mint leaves, green chilli paste as per may taste. If you don’t have this paste ready, you can chop them raw and use. Add salt as per taste and the spices such as asafetida, turmeric, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder in small quantities. Mix all the ingredients properly. Now add ¼ spoon ENO powder (this should be tasteless) and stir well in single direction only. The batter is ready and can makes 4 moonglet Heat the pan and spread the omelette/dosa in a traditional way. Add ½ tsp oil around the veg omelet. Cover and heat until both the sides are properly cooked. This is a very healthy recipe and tasty too. Our healthy dinner/breakfast is ready.
