SUBSCRIBE for more amazing recipes :) High-Calorie Overnight Oats (1000 cals, 58g Protein) Ingredients: Oats – 100g Whey protein – 1 scoop Peanut butter – 1 tbsp (16g) Cashews – 5 Almonds – 5 Pistachios – 5 Raisins – 10 Dates – 4, chopped Milk – 400ml (double toned) Cocoa powder – for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. In a container, combine the oats, whey protein, peanut butter, chopped dates, and all the nuts. 2. Pour 200ml of milk into the container and mix well. 3. Add the remaining 200ml of milk, making sure the oats are fully soaked. 4. Seal the container and freeze overnight. 5. In the morning, sprinkle some cocoa powder on top for extra flavor (optional). 6. Enjoy this nutrient-packed meal on the go before heading to college or work!
