In 1974, the Glenville Sanatorium in West Virginia, three dangerous escapees go 'out' from their cell, releasing the other inmates and kill the doctors and the other staff. In 2003, a group of persons from the Weston University rides their snowmobiles to the cabin of a College friend. However, they get lost in a storm and reach another abandoned asylum seeking for shelter to spend the night. However, the three cannibal maniacs are still living inside the place and they are hungry for human.
